We start with a thorough call (or we can meet over coffee!) where you’ll answer strategic questions to help me get to know you, your values and priorities, and your business.  You’ll receive a follow-up questionnaire and together we’ll create a plan with clear goals and timelines that drives the direction of our work together. Once we’re laser-focused on the right strategy, I’ll draft concepts for your review and selection.

Collecting assets like existing logos, brand or product photography, product descriptions and website copy is one of the first steps of the process. A successful and efficient site build will need these items at the ready. We’ll share a collaborative space (like Google Drive) and there will be a clear checklist of all necessary items. 

Web projects generally take 6-8 weeks, from discovery, collection of photos, copy and assets, drafting, revisions, to go-live. By the end, you’ll have a secure, responsive and integrated website, completely custom to your needs and goals.

Every project is unique, so we always like to schedule an introduction call to meet and discuss your unique design needs, business goals, and your budget. Then we’ll create a custom project proposal and quote unique to you and your project. However, most of our 3-5 page web design projects fall within the $2-3k range.

Most brand projects are paid in 2 installments, while website projects or combo brand and website projects can be broken down into 3, 4, or 6 payments. All payments are due before the completion of your project.
